Youngdevs Theory of Change
Youngdevs designs projects that are technically sound, ethically responsible, feasible to implement, and positioned to deliver meaningful impact for young people.

Youngdevs focuses on the 5C’s of Positive Youth Development (PYD)-Competence, Connection, Character, and Caring-encompassing rural and peri-urban entrepreneurial training, civic training, mentorship, market systems development, and delivering climate adaptive services.

Youngdevs is designing a network of innovative and integrated youth-managed agriSME hubs across Africa to build entrepreneurial capacity and technical/managerial skills for rural and peri-urban youth.
Youngdevs is working to strengthen the gender diversity of local farmer cooperatives and their institutional capacity to make them resilient to economic shocks.
Youngdevs is building accelerating tools to close the financing gap facing underserved entrepreneurs in Africa, with a focus on food and agriculture innovation.
Project Coordination.
To ensure the growth of agSMEs and smallholder farmer cooperatives in Ghana, we partner in implementing economically viable projects. We lead in monitoring and evaluating projects to determine the performance and make strategic recommendations to ensure the achievement of key project objectives and outcomes.
